Jim was named Chief Executive Officer of AL Systems in June, 2010. As CEO, Jim is responsible for setting the strategic direction for AL Systems and leading the executive team thorough its execution. He has served as an active member on AL Systems’ Board of Directors since 2007.
Jim brings an entrepreneurial approach to organizational development. He has a strong technology and process orientation towards business. He is a skilled team builder with a strong technical background and senior experience in strategy, sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, and finance.
Prior to AL Systems, Jim has served in senior executive positions for supply chain and direct to consumer companies, including the Jennings Company, Symorex, W&H Systems, Mincron, and most recently, Horizon Foods. In each assignment, he set the strategic direction and molded the organization and its culture to achieve the enterprise goals. He believes that clear direction, accountability, and controls are essential to business success.
Jim derives a tremendous amount of satisfaction by helping companies and their employees achieve new levels of growth and success.
Jim has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, as well as post graduate work at New York University in Systems Analysis and Investment Banking. He has served on the Board of Directors of several companies and is an active member of Young President’s Organization. Jim resides in Lloyd Harbor, NY, with his wife and three (3) children.
